Emerald Sky Trading understands the importance of documents to audit, track and trace and complete work in a Supply Chain environment. We make use of latest technologies to preserve documents according to the required terms.

Emerald Sky Trading offers a special service for urgent requirements. The delivery and collection service is available to and from all South African destinations. Variable rate structures available to meet each client’s budget requirements; you only pay for what you need. Operating hours are 7:00am to 18:00pm Monday to Friday; the services are available outside normal operating hours, weekends and public holidays at an additional surcharge.
Bookings can be made by Telephone, SMS, Telephone Call, Whatsapp, and Email.
All Goods is covered whist in transit and stored through our comprehensive Goods In Transit policy. Emerald Sky Trading will provide our Customer with a Non Conformance report for all damages during loading, transport and or unloading. The outcome of such reports will be discussed at a key performance review meeting. All route causes will be investigated in conjunction with the relevant Customer’s people to ensure sustainable preventative action is implemented.
An official notification will be emailed to the responsible person should it be necessary to adjust this surcharge.
All business is undertaken strictly in terms of our Standard Trading Conditions, a copy of which is available on request.
Our terms of payment are 30 days from statement.
